Over the years I have developed a style that plays with the idea of having a glimpse into someone's private world, a moment captured in a way that feels forbidden to look at, while not being able to look away. This tension you feel as the viewer is what I try to create in my charcoal drawings and I do this in how the moment is cropped, the composition and the contrast between light and dark. 

I only work on commission pieces that align with my art vision, allowing me to fully immerse myself in each project and create something beautiful and meaningful.

The cost of any commission varies depending on the complexity of the art piece along with the size. I typically draw in A3 (297 x 420mm, 11.7 x 16.5 inches), but may recommend a larger scale if it will work better for the art composition. Once I have a better understanding of what you're looking for, I can provide you a quote.

To initiate the commission process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start working on the project. This deposit serves as a commitment to secure your spot on my schedule and covers the initial stages of the artwork (deciding on the photo and treatment/cropping). The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. This payment structure ensures that both parties are invested in the process and helps ensure a smooth and timely completion of your commissioned artwork.
