Prints - Art prints are shipped with 1mm thick backing boards, that are placed in a crystal clear archival bag that is then packed in a rigid mailer that is stiff, strong, and fully recyclable.

Art prints larger than A3 (297 x 420mm, 11.7 x 16.5 inches) are shipped rolled. This allows for prints to be shipped in the safest form possible to avoid any damage in the mail.

If they are larger than A3 (297 x 420mm, 11.7 x 16.5 inches) they will be shipped rolled. This allows for the artwork to be shipped in the safest form possible to avoid any damage in the mail.

Original "Art by Irene Lee" Artwork - All original artwork is framed and shipped in a protective frame box or rigid support such as foam core, and protected with additional padding. The framed artwork is then packed into a larger box with ample padding.

Because my items are made-to-order, currently at this time I am not able to take returns.

If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your shipment please contact me as soon as possible so we can work to get things resolved!

We currently offer free shipping in Australia and a flat rate of $9AUD for all international orders.

Shipping rates will vary depending on what items you are checking out with because they are calculated individually based on a number of factors such as weight and dimensions. The most accurate rate estimate I can recommend is viewing the “shipping” section in the checkout once you have your items in the cart.

All prints are made to order, so please allow 7 - 10 business days for shipping (within Australia). International shipping may take longer (up to 20 business days). Tracking code is provided for shipping outside of Australia.

Right now I am selectively available to take on private commissions. The price varies depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. With a reference image, and understanding the size preference, I can give you an exact cost. I typically draw in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm, 8.3 x 11.7 inches), or A3 (29.7 x 42 cm, 11.7 x 16.5 inches) sizes.
