When I first came across this couple, I immediately wanted to draw them. But instead of the typical black charcoal on white paper, I chose to inverse it. This was particularly challenging, but it allowed me to really highlight the intimacy of this couple with the softness of white charcoal.
Every time I look at this drawing, my eyes move around the image. I just can't stop looking at it. But I always fall back to the lace detail in the bra. It's definitely my favourite part and I was really happy with what I was able to achieve with this drawing.
